Bert Forde
, President
Bert
has over 25 years of experience in operating commercial aquatic
facilities. She has served on
the National Executive
Advisory Board for Starfish Aquatics. She is a member of the St. Louis
County Health Department Aquatic Advisory Board. An active member of
the Missouri Park
and Recreation Association she is a recipient of the MPRA Aquatic Section
Distinguished Professional Award. Other professional involvement
includes past President of the National Pool Management Association and
speaker at state and national conferences.
Crissy Vigna, St. Louis District Manager
Crissy
serves as District Manager for the St. Louis region. She has been active with MPM and Westport Pools since 1996. She has served as
lifeguard, manager, and supervisor of pools and waterparks. She worked as
project manager for residential and commercial pool construction. She is a
Certified Pool Operator and is certified as a StarGuard lifeguard
instructor trainer. Recently she was elected President-elect of the
Missouri Parks and Recreation Association Aquatic Section.
Eden Dowler, Kansas City District Manager
Eden
is the
District Manager for the
Kansas City
area.
Eden
comes to Midwest Pool Management with a number of years experience in
municipal parks and recreation specializing in aquatics.
Eden
’s formal training includes Certified Pool Operator, Aquatic Facility
Operator, Emergency Medical Technician, and Lifeguard Instructor Trainer.
She has given numerous presentations at national, regional, state and
local conferences.
Eden
received the Outstanding New Professional in Aquatics from
Missouri
Park
and Recreation Association in 2003.
Jessica
Rallo, St. Louis Aquatics Manager
Jessica is Aquatics Manager for Midwest Pool Management. Jessica
previously held the position of Aquatic Supervisor. Her duties will
include facility operation and aquatic programming for the St. Louis
District. Jessica started with MPM as a lifeguard in 2001. Jessica is a
Certified Pool Operator and has been certified as a Starguard Instructor
Trainer. She is serving as Constitution and By Law chair for the Missouri
Parks and Recreation Association Aquatics Section.
Lindsey
Ellsworth, St. Louis Aquatics Supervisor
Lindsey Ellsworth is Aquatics Supervisor for the St. Louis District of
Midwest Pool Management. Lindsey’s duties include hiring and training
the over 800 staff members to operate the aquatic facilities managed by
MPM in the
St. Louis
area. Lindsey will also handle additional administrative responsibilities.
She began with MPM as an In House Supervisor in 2007 and is a certified
Starguard Lifeguard Instructor. She earned a marketing degree at
Lindenwood
College
where she also swam competitively
Amy
Gutekunst, Kansas City Executive Assistant
Amy Gutekunst
has been hired as the Executive Assistant for the Kansas City District of
MPM. Amy’s duties include administrative duties in the
Kansas City
office, recruiting, hiring and training 600 staff members in the
Kansas City
area, and assisting the district manager with municipal clients. She began
with MPM in 2004 as a head guard working at the City of
Lee’s Summit. She is a certified Starguard Lifeguard Instructor. She earned a
psychology degree from
Missouri
State
University
