Bert Forde
, President,
Midwest
Pool Management
Bert
has over 25 years of experience in operating commercial aquatic
facilities. Midwest Pool Management manages over 30 commercial facilities
in the
St. Louis
area and employs over 1200 lifeguards in both the St. Louis and Kansas
City area. She is on the National Executive
Advisory Board for Starfish Aquatics. She also serves on the St. Louis
County Health Department Aquatic Advisory Board. An active member of
the Missouri Park
and Recreation Association currently serving her second year as chair of
the aquatic section awards committee. Other professional involvement
includes past President of the National Pool Management Association and
speaker at state and national conferences.
Crissy Vigna
, District Manager
Crissy
has been active with MPM and Westport Pools since 1996. She has served as
lifeguard, manager, and supervisor of pools and waterparks. She worked as
project manager for residential and commercial pool construction. She is a
Certified Pool Operator and is certified as a StarGuard lifeguard instructor. Her front
line experience coupled with her knowledge of aquatic systems is very
valuable.
Eden Dowler, District Manager
Eden
recently joined MPM as District Manager for the
Kansas City
area. Eden comes to Midwest Pool Management with a number of years
experience in municipal parks and recreation. Eden's holds formal
designations as a Certified Pool Operator, Aquatic Facility Operator,
Emergency Medical Technician and a Lifeguard Instructor Trainer.
Jessica
Rallo, Aquatics Supervisor
Jessica
provides administrative assistance in our St. Louis office. She began as
lifeguard and has progressed through the ranks gaining invaluable
experience and knowledge. She is a certified StarGuard Lifeguard
Instructor and has completed the requirements for designation as a
Certified Pool Operator.
